HEV WIRING BUSBARS

This bulk bin with steal frame features many facets of Superior Wire. We start by cutting off one end to a bulk bin and installing a steel frame, made custom to the bulk bin. We then install the 4mm dunnage tray assembly. Then finish by installing a sewn curtain and bulk container lid for the top.

There are 12 trays per bin, and the trays hold 6 parts, for a grand total of 72 parts per bin.

TRAY ASSEMBLY

This assembly features 3mm and 4mm pcorr to create a 6 cell tray.

BULK BIN W/STEEL FRONT

This 4845-35 bulk bin features a side load. Which requires 1 end to be cut off and a steel frame installed.

FINAL ASSEMBLY PRINT

The bin is brought to the final assembly with the one end removed already.

TRAY ASSEMBLY

This assembly features 3mm and 4mm pcorr to create a 6 cell tray.
